      In the drivers [URI option spec](https://github.com/mongodb/specifications/blob/master/source/uri-options/uri-options.rst), we prefer linking to existing documentation/specs for descriptions of default behavior for options not specified since it prevents need to keep duplicate information sync'd. Given that there isn't going to be a drivers spec for this, it would be useful to link to the general documentation page for horizons once that is created.
