      Some bugs that came up when porting legacy operations tests:

      1. FindOptions is missing the MaxScan option.
      2. The legacy find code looks for oplogRelay instead of oplogReplay
      3. The legacy list indexes code should look for the batchSize option embedded in a cursor subdocument instead of expecting a top-level field.
