Investigate macos and Windows test timeouts

      Our waterfall shows non-deterministic failures on macos where the test execution times out after 10m. Let's investigate these to see if something is going wrong or if the timeout just needs to be increased.

      EDIT: In the patch build for GODRIVER-1764, I also noticed this for some Windows tasks. Patch build: https://spruce.mongodb.com/version/5f85bbf7e3c3312202291cf5/tasks.
