Remove data/*.json and use data/bson-corpus/*.json

      As noted in the PR for GODRIVER-1746 (in this comment) the data/bson-corpus files appear unused. The bson-corpus tests read from data. Let's remove data/*.json and instead use data/bson-corpus. This is consistent with other spec tests, and it is the directory updated by the etc/update-spec-tests.sh script.
