      Part of GODRIVER-2411 requires downloading non-stable (release candidate) versions of the crypt_shared library in the Evergreen config (see PR 958). Update the Evergreen mongodl.py command to download the "latest-stable" version instead of "latest" once the crypt_shared library has a feature-complete stable release.
