Fix macOS 6.0+ tests with FLE 2.0

      FLE 2.0 tests are currently failing on macOS 6.0 and latest variants.

      The macOS variants use macOS 10.14. The AES-CTR mode is not supported on macOS 10.14. See: MONGOCRYPT-385.

      Consider:
      1. Upgrading hosts to macOS 10.15.
      2. Skipping FLE 2 tests on macOS 10.14.
