There's currently a collection of main.go files used to build binaries that aren't in the cmd/ directory. Move the main.go files and their package subdirs under the cmd/ directory.

• mongo/testaws/main.go
• mongo/testatlas/main.go

There are also a few main.go files that are essentially empty and can be deleted:

• mongo/integration/main.go
• mongo/integration/unified/main.go
