Go driver users are sometimes confused when attempting to connect with applications and/or MongoDB deployments running in Kubernetes. Add a section to the "common issues" doc describing the kinds of errors users might encounter, examples of supported and unsupported setups in Kubernetes, and how to fix errors that are fixable.
