      Background & Motivation
      libmongocrypt 1.7.0 is require for range support.
      Tests are using an alpha release of libmongocrypt 1.7.0.
      Once libmongocrypt 1.7.0 stable is released, update the version of libmongocrypt used in tests (see config.yml).
