Retract Go driver v1.11.0 through v1.11.2

      When we release Go driver v1.11.3, we should retract Go driver versions v1.11.0, v1.11.1, and v1.11.2 because of the data race discovered in GODRIVER-2768. The issue should be resolved with GODRIVER-2677, which will be released in v1.11.3.
