      Alongside the JIRA buckets (features, bugs, improvements, etc) we should include the repository's version change log. For example, v1.11.3...v1.11.4

      The definition of complete would be to update the "GitHub Release Notes Template" to include the change log i.e. 

      [v{previous version}...{version}](https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-go-driver/compare/v{previous version}...v{version})
