      Context

      We should support testing load balanced tests using docker containers.

      Definition of done

      Create a script similar to etc/docker_run.sh, e.g. etc/docker_run_lb.sh, that supports running the basic load balancer configuration: https://github.com/mongodb-labs/drivers-evergreen-tools/blob/master/.evergreen/orchestration/configs/sharded_clusters/basic-load-balancer.json
