      Context

      Most the CSOT prose tests are missing. It appears that they were originally planned to be done on a ticket-by-ticket basis, starting with GODRIVER-2458.

      Add the following tests:

      • Background Connection Pooling
      • Blocking Iteration Methods
      • GridFS - Upload
      • GridFS - Download
      • endSession
      • Convenient Transactions
