      Many of LangChainGo's vectorstore implementations have created executable examples: https://github.com/tmc/langchaingo/tree/main/examples

      Definition of done

      Create a README.md on how to idiomatically use the mongovector.Store. Additionally, create a directory called mongovector-vectorstore-example in the examples directory of the LangChainGo repository. Create one example following the PostgreSQL pattern, here.
