      Context

      We're using the OTel monitor to create OTel spans for our db operations. During an incident where the db primary's network link was saturated we found ourselves wanting to know which operations were returning a lot of data.

      Definition of done

      CommandFinishedEvent contains a representation of the length of the server response.
