      Background: The Go Driver team helped with porting the ReflectionFreeCodec functionality in cloud-auth-common. This was introduced as a performance optimization and is still necessary.

      Work needed: Based on this work, we decided this can be made clearer to our users in general by adding a snippet from this code (see https://github.com/10gen/cloud-auth-common/pull/102) to the codec section: https://github.com/mongodb/mongo-go-driver/blob/master/docs/migration-2.0.md#defaultregistry--newregistrybuilder
