      Context

      Related to DEVPROD-12779, dockerhub now requires read-only credentials to avoid rate limiting. Where possible, we should use our artifactory instead.

      Definition of done

      Update Dockerfile to use artifactory.corp.mongodb.com/dockerhub/ubuntu:20.04 wherever ubuntu:20.04 is used.
