      Name of Failure:  'teardown_group' failed: process encountered problem:

      Link to task: Task link

      Context of when and why the failure occurred:

      The teardown group failed because the DRIVERS_ATLAS_PUBLIC_API_KEY environment variable was not set, preventing cleanup of Atlas clusters. As a result, driver test clusters created via the Node project were not torn down, causing project cluster limits to be exceeded. This led to subsequent failures in tests with the following error:

      {
        "detail": "Reason: Project cluster limit reached.",
        "error": 400,
        "errorCode": "ATLAS_GENERAL_ERROR",
        "parameters": ["Project cluster limit reached"],
        "reason": "Bad Request"
      }
