      DRIVERS-3470:
      Summary of necessary driver changes

      • Upgrade libmongocrypt to 1.18.1+.
      • Implement new prose test cases 8-11.
        • Cases 8 and 9 accidentally specify queryType "prefix" and "suffix". Use "prefixPreview" and "suffixPreview".

      Commits for syncing spec/prose tests

      Context for other referenced/linked tickets
The new prose tests were updated in DRIVERS-3321 to depend on libmongocrypt 1.19.0 (renames "prefixPreview" => "prefix" and "suffixPreview" => "suffix"). Consider implementing the new prose tests along with DRIVERS-3321.

      1. What would you like to communicate to the user about this feature?
      2. Would you like the user to see examples of the syntax and/or executable code and its output?
      3. Which versions of the driver/connector does this apply to?
