Bump tesdata/specifications to commit d6fc118 if it hasn't bee done
In the handshake, we need to change backpressure from true to 2
Need to add a field to Error and WriteCommandError at the operation layer to hold BaseBackoff which should probably be time.Duration
Need to add a way to extract the timeout from the server response
