      Context
      There is currently no DateExpr type in the package. Add a DateExpr type and corresponding DateTypes constraint. The decision affects all 24 operators in this ticket. Check the existing expr.go and operator.go for the pattern to follow when adding a new expression type.

      Definition of Done

      • The date/timestamp type is implemented in expr.go.
      • All of the following operators are implemented in mql/agg/operator.go, each with a one-line doc comment:
        • $dateAdd, $dateSubtract, $dateDiff, $dateFromParts, $dateFromString, $dateToParts, $dateToString, $dateTrunc, $dayOfMonth, $dayOfWeek, $dayOfYear, $hour, $isoDayOfWeek, $isoWeek, $isoWeekYear, $millisecond, $minute, $month, $second, $week, $year, $toDate, $tsIncrement, $tsSecond
      • Each operator has at least one test in mql/agg/operator_test.go
