      Definition of Done

      • Bump libmongocrypt to 1.20.0
      • Use dependabot to sync the unified spec tests, we are missing both.
      • Update the comment on queryType from substringPreview to substring / substringPreview
      • Add the GA substring variant alongside substringPreview in prose tests. Use strMaxQueryLength=6.
      • Remove skips on 9.0.0+ in prose tests for cases 10 & 11
