      Context of when and why the failure occurred:

      Server versions 7.0.39, 8.0.28, and 8.3.7 (maybe also some 9.0 pre-release builds) add a configurable minimum value for maxAwaitTimeMS on streamable hello. That breaks some tests that expect to be able to set a 500ms maxAwaitTimeMS to speed up tests.
