Context

The ext/awsauth module currently requires github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go-v2 v1.28.0. This is the earliest version whose aws.Credentials layout is compatible with the driver’s dependency-free credentials alias, enabling direct conversion. The requirement is a minimum; newer versions are selected through Go Minimal Version Selection.

Definition of done

• Add the rationale to ext/awsauth/doc.go.
• Add a concise explanatory comment beside the dependency in ext/awsauth/go.mod.
• Add a Dependabot ignore scoped to /ext/awsauth and probably /internal/test/awsauth
