Toolbar invisible when you first install the extension

      Problem Statement/Rationale

      When you first install the extension and a file containing mongodb code is open, the toolbar wont automatically activate. You have to close and open it again for the toolbar to show.

      Steps to Reproduce

      Install the extension while having a java file open that contains MDB code. Notice the toolbar won't be visible after installation. Close file and reopen. Notice toolbar appears.

      Expected Results

      Toolbar should be visible upon installation.
