index inspection does not retrigger when reenabled from inspections

      Also something very strange is happening - I disabled inspection for missing index warning and
      then reenabled it. But now no matter if i uninstall and reinstall extension, im not seeing the
      warning. I'm install via the marketplace FWIW.
      
      Okay no matter what i try, i've not been able to reverse this behavior. this makes me think
      there's a bug perhaps between our plugin and the ability show/hide warning, what do you think
      @Kevin Mas Ruiz?
