The nightly linkcheck build has been failing for the past few days:

      (ref/models/indexes: line 103) broken https://www.mongodb.com/docs/vector-search/index/vector-search-type/#std-label-avs-similarity-functions - Anchor 'std-label-avs-similarity-functions' not found
      (internals/contributing/writing-documentation: line 102) ok https://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/master/usage/restructuredtext/index.html#rst-index
      (internals/contributing/writing-documentation: line 5) redirect https://www.sphinx-doc.org/ - with Found to https://www.sphinx-doc.org/en/master/
      (ref/models/indexes: line 110) broken https://www.mongodb.com/docs/vector-search/index/vector-search-type/#std-label-avs-vector-index-method - Anchor 'std-label-avs-vector-index-method' not found

We should ignore all anchors, since they do not get rendered until after page load for MongoDB and GitHub links.
