      Describe the background behind the problem.

      Adding langchain-mongodb-deepagents-vfs imposed a constraint that requires-python >= 3.11. Our other libs were previously >= 3.10. We made the decision to bump the others as 3.10 is End Of Life (EOL) this Fall.

      Update pyproject.toml, uv.lock(s), changelog, and release.

      Outside chance that a customer will need a new feature but are constrained to python3.10.
