Context
Bank of America has requested the MLFlow ↔ MongoDB integration (INTPYTHON-1037) as a prerequisite for their evaluation. The MVP has been built and reviewed (PR merged via INTPYTHON-1112), but the package has never been published to PyPI. To unblock Bank of America, we need an initial dev release available for pip install.

Definition of done

• Package built and published to PyPI as a dev0 pre-release (e.g. mlflow-mongodb v0.1.0.dev0)
• Package installable via pip install mlflow-mongodb==0.1.0.dev0 (or --pre) and verified in a clean environment
• Bank of America has been notified the dev0 package is available, with install instructions and a note that it's a pre-release, not GA

Pitfalls

• This is a manual, one-time publish, not yet wired into CI, so double check version number and metadata (name, description, license) before uploading, since a bad first release on PyPI can't be fully deleted
