TL;DR
Add the MongoDB session-store adapter to the shared testing pipeline. Run its tests nightly against the latest stable claude-agent-sdk release so we catch upstream changes that break our integration.
Context
The adapter stores Claude agent sessions in MongoDB. It depends on the Claude Agent SDK, whose API may change between releases.
Our existing CI already tests against the latest SDK, but only when triggered by repository activity, a release, or a manual run. It has no scheduled run.
The shared ai-ml-pipeline-testing pipeline runs nightly and reports failures to Slack, but does not currently include this adapter.
Desired User Experience
- Before: A new SDK release can break the adapter without us noticing until our CI runs again.
- After: Nightly tests check compatibility and notify the responsible team when something breaks.
Task
Add the adapter to the shared pipeline, following its contribution guide. Reuse the adapter's existing tests.
Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] The adapter is included in ai-ml-pipeline-testing, running its existing test suiteĀ against the latest claude-agent-sdk release.
