PyMongoArrow's documentation build on ReadTheDocs is somewhat fragile due to the fact that the project relies on external C libraries that cannot be installed on RTD build system machines. Consequently, we have a number of workarounds in place (see PYTHON-2659) to ensure that our docs build successfully on the platform. We should add a job to our CI that replicates the RTD build and alerts us in the event that a change breaks the documentation build.
