      Context

      As part of PYTHON-4160, I had to create a few tests to run. I've put these on a feature branch in my fork of llama-index.

      The branch also include a couple other small changes. I'd like to discuss these quickly too.

      Definition of done

      Open and merge a pull-request back to the run-llama/llama_index repo.
