Context

The AI/ML Testing Pipeline is now underway. A feature we want to include is the ability to get status checks rendered about a page, informing of whether a test pipeline's tests are passing.

We need to investigate what the best way is to represent these status checks, be that through Github Checks/Badges or something else. Then, we need to figure out how to provide these updates in an easy to reference dashboard or visual page accessible to all.

Definition of done

A complete investigation report with follow-up tasks created on how we should execute on getting the checks and rendering them on a page.
