      Context

Our AI/ML testing pipelines depend too heavily on an Atlas URI. We need to migrate the URI leveraged in our ai-ml-testing-pipeline for our DocArray tests to use the local atlas instance made on the evergreen host running the tests

      Definition of done

Local atlas URI used in our ai-ml-testing-pipeline with the necessary index and database definitions created for the /docarray folder.

      Pitfalls

Any tests that leverage "updating search indexes" will fail on local atlas. These tests should just be skipped
