      Context

      As reported by user norrbom in https://github.com/mongodb-labs/mongo-arrow/issues/262, we currently replace the TypeRegistry of the collection's codec to enable handling Pandas null objects. Once PYTHON-5061 is complete and released we can instead add to the existing type registry.

      Definition of done

      Use the new API once it is available.
