Context

We should test with an open api key and with a remote Atlas cluster on pushes to the upstream repository to help catch failures instead of relying on ai-ml-pipeline-testing.

On pushes to the main branch, we run a separate job that uses the remote atlas URI and the open api key to run the tests.  This will ensure we have full integration coverage.

Definition of done

Add the new workflow and associated GitHub secrets.
