We have noticed some user running the Django `startproject` command without using our template and running into ObjectID related error message as a new user would expect things to work as it is and not know that they have to make some MongoDB specific changes in their project at the setup time. 

The goal of this ticket is to make the error message more clear and actionable to even a new developer so that once someone run into this issue, they are able to recover from it on their own without much of hassle.
