Context

There are many helper functions that we have been using across projects, including:

• Vector search model helper
• Search creation waiting
• Search update waiting
• Vector search pipeline creation

All of these could be extracted from langchain-mongodb into a separate sharable base package.

Definition of done

Create a new package in mongodb-labs to share common AI/ML helpers.
