Versions 0.1.1 through 1.90 of pymongoarrow depend on libbson 1.0. Libbson 2.0 has just been released.

Release a new version of pymongoarrow that depends on libbson 2.0 and document accordingly.

Consider practical matters like whether or not to provide new versions of pymongoarrow with support for libbson 1.0 and 2.0 or just 2.0.
