      Describe the background behind the problem.

      We haven't embraced VoyageAI. It makes no sense to be using another company's models.

      Definition of done

      Remove OpenAI (including through Azure) for our embedding models.

      Pitfalls

      What should the implementer watch out for? What are the risks?
      VoyageAI only makes embedding models, not general purpose chatbots (transformers). This means that we'll often still need the OpenAI keys.
