Context

In INTPYTHON-501,  I aded the ability to visualize an Entity Graph (Knowledge Graph) used for RAG. To make an eye-catching blog / demo, we need a non-trivial graph.

Definition of done

Ideally, a self-contained jupyter notebook.

Pitfalls

This will be the first notebook in the repo.
