      Context

      We currently do not have any readthedocs for django-mongodb-extensions. We should add the project and document the MQL panel. We will then add documentation for Django REST support in INTPYTHON-771. We should emulate the setup used in https://github.com/mongodb/django-mongodb-backend.

      Definition of done

      Add readthedocs for the project. Add to GitHub landing page link. Docs should build on PRs.
