Insert Performance Issue of Mongo 3.0.3

      We have some serious performance issue during inserting data.
      We have about 5 log tables. Every second, there are about 50 rows inserted.
      When I query the profile, i found a lot of low performance query. And these kind of query always appear in batch.

      Note: there are no index in 5 tables except _id
