Remove workarounds required by Android's incomplete Java 8 implementation

      Since we no longer require the 4.0 driver to work on Android, we can remove the workarounds that we added to support old versions of Android. In particular:

      • Java8MongoIterableFactory and all the associated Java 8 specialization classes

      There may be more.
