      Deprecate TlsChannelStreamFactoryFactory#TlsChannelStreamFactoryFactory(AsynchronousTlsChannelGroup) constructor, as its parameter is an internal class.

      We may need to replace this constructor with a different one, but we can leave that for another ticket.
