Update TestServer to remove the call to invalidate() from its constructor

      TestServer sends its change event synchronously from its constructor. So the event actually happens before the call to publishDescription from SingleServerCluster's constructor.
      Removing the call to invalidate from TestServer's constructor would make it more realistic.
