      Summary

      Require Java 11 as the minimum supported JDK for users of the driver. The current minimum is Java 8.

      Motivation

      Who is the affected end user?

      Anyone that wants to upgrade the Java driver but are still using Java 8, 9, or 10.

      How does this affect the end user?

      Users will not be able to upgrade the driver unless they are using Java 11+.
