mongocrypt evergreen release failing

      The git check appears to hang:

      Starting process 'command 'git''. Working directory: /../libmongocrypt/bindings/java/mongocrypt Command: git describe --tags --always --dirty

      Then the job times out preventing the automatic staging of the release.
