We request a new bucket during each release for "upload mo artifacts". However, our Evergreen project settings for variables appear to inherit from the repo settings, which would imply that we have been using the same bucket for all uploads. To confirm this, we would need to examine the bucket contents.

We should either fix this and use individual buckets, or confirm that we want to use a single bucket (and remove the bucket request step from our release process).
