      Summary of necessary driver changes

      This ticket is only relevant for drivers with explain helpers.

      Drivers with explain helpers must ensure that their helpers allow users to specify a timeout for explain commands.  If a driver has implemented CSOT, the driver may use timeoutMS to satisfy this requirement.  Otherwise, the driver should allow users to specify maxTimeMS for the explain command.
